Why is my autoresponder being sent in the wrong language?

When an autoresponder is sent out to a constituent with a preferred locale set to French, the autoresponder content is written in English. How can I change this?

There are two possible causes for this behavior:

  1. Edit the HTML Content for the autoresponder in question and make sure that the content tab for the preferred locale is written in the correct language. By default, all other tabs will appear in English if not modified.
