Error: Server error in '/' Application - when requiring donations on a eCards part

When an eCards part requires donations, a runtime error may be generated when progressing to Step 4: Preview of sending the eCard. The runtime error may display as:

Server error in '/' application
 
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If your site is not on the latest version, upgrade or follow the steps below in the interim.

Alternative Solutions:
  1. If Giving Levels are enabled on the donation form within the eCards part, the error will not display and full functionality will return. 
    1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity with a supervisor account
    2. Navigate to the eCards part and edit the part
    3. Make sure we have the box checked for Require a donation
    4. Scroll down to the Giving levels section. Click Add giving level
    5. Create at least one Giving Level. Note that we can select Allow other amount to allow the donor to type in an amount other than the suggested Giving Levels.
  2. Or create a donation form that allows a donor to send eCards.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity with a supervisor account.
  2. Navigate to a page containing an eCards part that requires a donation
  3. Fill out the form and progress to Step 4.
  4. Notice on Step 4 that a runtime error may be generated.
