Blackbaud K-12 has has partnered with Connect 5 in order to provide an automated emergency call/sms solution for our customers. The integration automatically sends user's emergency contacts that are listed in the participating roles to Connect 5 every hour on the hour.
You may notice that some users might not be making into your Connect 5 database. This issue is often the result of an error during the import which can be seen in Connect 5.
You can navigate to this report by logging into your Connect 5 dashboard and navigating to
View Import History
Once you land on this screen, you can hover your cursor just to the left of the import and click to expand details. This view will show you the number of users that caused an error or were imported. Clicking on that number will bring up which users as well as the error.
It is important to note, these reports are only stored for 6 days.
