Error: BBERR_PROSPECTRESEARCHREQUEST_HASOPENREQUEST - M2 sync row error

There an error deleting a constituent record in CRM after a merge in TA or the account is otherwise deleted with this error:

BBERR_PROSPECTRESEARCHREQUEST_HASOPENREQUEST BBERR_ORIGINAL_LINE_NUMBER:23 BBERR_ORIGINAL_PROCEDURE:USP_CONSTITUENT_DELETE
This means there is a prospect research request for the constituent that you are deleting. Contact TA Support to have this record either deleted or moved to the retained account if it was merged.
