We are unable to enter payment data to Pledge records. We receive the following error: "The donation cannot be processed at this time. If this problem persists, contact Client Care."
A minimum of 2 payments is required for payment data to be entered via the Enter Payment Data button on contact records in LCRM. If the pledge you are attempting to enter payment data for is only 1 payment in length, then subsequent attempts to enter payment data will result in the error message.
