Not all Activities display under: Interactions > Activities when logged into Sphere under a different username

When looking up a contact record to view its activity records, you notice that not all activities are being displayed depending on the username used to log into Sphere.
This can happen if the user has customized the filters for displaying Activities. To fix this try the following:
  1. Go to: Contacts > Individuals or Contacts > Organizations
  2. Search for the supporter record
  3. Click: Manage by the supporter name
  4. Click the Interactions tab > click Activities tab
  5. Just above the column headers for the activites, you will see: New, Delete and Customize. http://screencast.com/t/tr3Jx6Nn 
  6. Click "Customize" and a window will open: http://screencast.com/t/a1iJul9R0awg 
  7. Put a check by any activities that are not checked
  8. Click: OK
