Incorrect query results when querying on blank prospect ratings

When querying on Prospect Ratings using the operator 'blank,' users may see incorrect results in query.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Select query
  2. Create a New Constituent Query
  3. Select Prospect > Rating > Specific Sources >  Rating blank
  4. Output Constituent Name and the Specific Source Rating 
  5. Constituents with this rating appear in Query Results
