Error: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Could not create constraint - When editing Code Table Entry Description

When attempting to edit a Code Table Entry Description, the following error is presented:

"Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Could not create constraint. See previous errors."
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Administration > Code tables
  2. Click the appropriate Code table name
  3. Select the Code table entry to edit it
  4. Change the Description and select ok.
  5. After a couple of seconds the following error message is displayed: "Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Could not create constraint. See previous errors."
