Some Blackbaud Hosting Services users report that a print job sent from the Hosted environment does not auto-select the correct tray to match the media that resides in that tray on the local print device.
Example: Tray 1 is 8 1/2 X 11 paper and Tray 2 is Letterhead. Printing an Acknowledgement Letter containing letterhead or logos within the Blackbaud Hosting Services RE application does not automatically print to Tray 2.

The Citrix application and environment does not contain a configuration-specific tray setting within the Citrix Universal Print Driver. In order to be compatible with the widest array of printers, the driver is designed with only basic functionality in mind. Each printer manufacturer handles specific printer features differently and therefore Citrix is unable to account for those changes between devices.
The best way to configure different tray settings is through defining the media type at a printer level. Citrix does not label this an absolute solution across all makes and models of printers, but this is considered an official work around by Citrix employees on discussion boards for most HP devices, and may work on other vendor devices as well.
