Smart fields are not sorted alphabetically when assigning rights in a system role

When going to a system role and clicking on the smart fields tab to assign smart fields the list of smart fields is in a random order.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Select Security from the Administration functional area
2.  Select system roles
3.  Click add
4.  Enter a name and click save
5.  Select the smart fields tab
6.  Click assign smart fields
7.  Select constituent > Constituent age

Note that the entries are not in alphabetical order.  The client has several dozen smart fields and these are harder to parse when they're not alphabetized.  It also appears that these have been alphabetized in previous versions.
