Error: Unable to Parse Command Line - when launching Blackbaud Hosting Services applications

You may receive the following error after installing Citrix when you try to launch Blackbaud Hosting Services applications: Error: Unable to Parse Command Line. This error can occur if Citrix is associated with an incorrect file.
Check to ensure that Citrix is associated with the correct executable file:
  1. Click on your Start Menu
  2. Choose Default Programs
  3. Choose Associate a file type or protocol with a program
  4. Scroll down in this list of extensions until you see ".ica". You may notice in the Current Default column Citrix HDX Engine listed.
  5. Click on Change Program...
  6. In the new window, click "Browse..." on a Windows 7 machine, or "More Apps" if using Windows 8, then Look for another app on this PC at the bottom.
  7. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client - Note: On a 32-Bit Operating System instead of Program Files (x86) you will simply see Program Files
