Membership types that belong to a prior level are being assigned to the new level when renewing into an upgraded level using the membership dues batch

The membership dues batch allows users to enter multiple records for membership at once. When processing membership upgrades when renewing using batch, membership types are being carried over from the previous level so that an invalid type is associated with the new level. Membership types are level specific and shouldn't be mismatched.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.   

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Constituent and Add a new individual
2. Select his Membership tab and Add a Membership
3. Set the expiration date to today (same as the payment)
4. Select a Type (note that the Family level does not have types associated)
5. Save this membership
6. Go to Memberships > Enter Membership dues
7. Add a new Membership dues batch
8. Pull up your constituent record
9. Choose to Renew the membership but select the upgraded level with no types
10. Save then commit this batch
11. Return to this constituent record and look at the membership tab.  The upgraded level has the type from the previously level associated with this constituents membership
