Altru created a sale and charged a card but reflects no payment

I swiped a card in Altru and a loading screen appeared. The order completed but it doesn't have a payment method attached. 
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please Chat with Support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Sales > Daily sales
  2. Choose items to add to the cart 
  3. Select payment method Credit Card
  4. Swipe Card
  5. Click complete
  6. Get loading screen
  7. See order completed and no payment method is attached to the order
  8. Go into merchant services and see the card was charged Successfully
