You have had recent payments made and would like to run a Payment Details Report. When you run the report you expect to see the associated Blackbaud Fees, Credit card fees and/or Net Amounts displayed in the columns. You see that some transactions have corresponding information filled out under these columns while other payments do not. Why are you unable to see these fee columns for some payments and not for others?
Please note that the Billing Cycles for Sphere transactions are the 1st-15th and 16th-end of month. So, for example, running the report on December 10th for the period of December 1st through December 15th will not show values in these columns until December 16th. If you attempt to run the Report during a Billing Cycle, you will not see the Blackbaud, Credit Card, or Net Amount displayed. These values only update after a Billing Cycle has ended.
Also, offline transactions will not have Fees associated with the transaction.
