Order complete date is different from the date the order was actually completed

You may find that the order complete date on a sales order is different from the date that the order was actually completed in Altru.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Sales and click Order Search
  2. Search for an order and open the record
  3. Note the order date
  4. Select the Payments tab and click on the date of the payment
  5. On the left side of the page, click History
  6. Change the date range to All and click View Report
  7. Note that the actual order was completed hours after the order date seen previously
