Error: the process could not submit the file to Blackbaud. Unable to connect to the remote server - when submitting AddressFinder file

When trying to submit the AddressFinder file to Blackbaud through Altru, you may receive the error: the process could not submit the file to blackbaud.  Unable to connect to the remote server.  This happens for all users on all computers.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Administration > Data Tune Up.
  2. Click Start process next to Step 1: Create and submit file to Blackbaud.
  3. Receive error: The process could not submit the file to blackbaud. Unable to connect to the remote server
