When trying to submit the AddressFinder file to Blackbaud through Altru, you may receive the error: the process could not submit the file to blackbaud. Unable to connect to the remote server. This happens for all users on all computers.

Steps to Duplicate
Go to Administration > Data Tune Up.
Click Start process next to Step 1: Create and submit file to Blackbaud.
