Auto-match doesn’t match constituent unless all incoming information 100% matched

For the BBIS batch ‘Exact match only’ is unchecked, but still matching constituent in a BBIS Event Registration batch doesn’t match unless all the information is exact.
For example if you have First Name, Surname, City, State, ZIP, Phone and email address as your selecting matching fields and you don’t have 'Exact match' enabled.
If a user enters an exact match information: First Name and Surname, City, State, ZIP, Email but phone number is different, it will not auto-link to a constituent record.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
