Online Express hyperlink leads to blank page

When creating an Online Express email, users may wish to include a hyperlink to a web page. In some cases, a user may find that a single hyperlink in an Online Express email redirects to a blank page, instead of the desired URL.
  1. Check the hyperlink for unusual symbols that were added when it was saved into the email (such as $). 
  2. If found, remove them from the hyperlink and save the Online Express email again. 
  3. The hyperlink should now direct to the correct web page.
