Constituent records with a specific constituency are returned in Query results that is excluding records with the same constituency, even though the results/excel file from the query do not show the constituency itself.
For example, the results from the query appear to be accurate; however, when reviewing the constituent records in CRM, some of the returned records have the excluded constituency on their constituency tab.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Constituent
Click Add an Individual
Create a new record by entering First and last name, click Save
Go to the Constituencies tab, click Add and then click Staff
