When donors purchase a Membership from a BBIS Membership Form, they are able to select the Term of the Membership Program. These options are based on what Terms are available in the Membership Program in CRM. However, if a donor chooses a Two Year term, and already has the Membership on the CRM record as Cancelled (ready to Rejoin), the information changes in the Web Transactions Batch changes to a Term of 1 Year, with an Expires on date 1 year in the future. If a donor tries to Renew a Membership the same way in Batch, the Term stays at 2 Years and the Expires on Date stays Two Years in advance.
