Constituents may contact you because they cannot login to your school's website. For example, they may report that every time they try to login, they are prompted to change their password.
The most common reasons for unsuccessful logins are:
the user enters the incorrect Username
the user copies their password from a document and pastes it into the password field
Please confirm the constituent is using the correct username. If they are entering the correct username, contact BB-K12 Support for further assistance.
