Constituents missing from query results when querying for Constituent records with Assigned Solicitor relationships that are not a specific Solicitor Type

When querying for constituents who have an Assigned Solicitor relationship that is not a specific Solicitor Type and the constituent has more than one Assigned Solicitor relationship on their Relationships tab, they do not appear in the results.  When querying for constituents whose spouse does have an Assigned Solicitor relationship that is not a specific Solicitor Type, the correct constituents pull into the results.
This issue has been evaluated and determined to be working as designed. In this instance the negative operator in the Query criteria would exclude any records that hold an Assigned Solicitor relationship with that specific type. An alternate approach to achieve the desired results for this specific query is to use a positive operator such as One Of and include only the desired Solicitor Types.
