You will need to change the card format in the specific membership program. This will recognize the correct print card process when printing one off's from an individual record.
- Go to Memberships
- Click on the hyper linked name of the specific membership program
- Go the Benefits tab
- Click Edit
- Choose the correct name card format from the drop-down list
If a constituent has a customized name format on their constituent record the membership card will follow the format in the name format defaults section of Altru. We are currently evaluating this functionality and will update this article when we have more information.
