You will need to change the card format in the specific membership program. This will recognize the correct print card process when printing one off's from an individual record.
- Go to Memberships
- Click on the hyper linked name of the specific membership program
- Go the Benefits tab
- Click Edit
- Choose the correct name card format from the drop-down list
If a constituent has a customized name format on their constituent record the membership card will follow the format in the name format defaults section of Altru.
