Processing record change through ConnectRE updates the wrong record in the Raiser's Edge

When processing record changes/updates through ConnectRE, addresses are changed on incorrect constituent records in the Raiser's Edge.
  1. Make a change to the record in Whipple Hill (ex. Add an Email Address, edit a phone number).
  2. Log back into the Raiser's Edge
  3. Go to ConnectRE
  4. Process updates
  5. The address is updated on the correct record

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the Raiser's Edge
  2. Go to ConnectRE on the Navigation Bar
  3. Process record updates
  4. Incorrect constituent records are updated in the Raiser's Edge
