We created a new admin group and enabled View-Only Transaction Management permissions, but my admin(s) still cannot view the Transactions tab of the constituent record. I do not want to grant them permission to "Manage All" Contact Management Data. What permission do I need to enable to have the Transactions tab show up with view-only access?
There is a site setting to allow administrators with permission to view only non-sensitive data to also view transactions (or the Transaction tab) in the Cons360 constituent record. If you would like to enable this site option, Contact Support and provide this article number.
Please note: Additional Transaction permissions are still required to view or edit transactions.
