You can resend etickets to a constituent if they bought tickets online and didn't receive the etickets. You can go to the sales order record, Tickets tab, and click Email to email the tickets again. You may receive the error: The current user does not have rights to use this data list, depending on your system roles.
This issue has been resolved with Altru version 4.7.
Steps to Duplicate
Sign into Altru as a user that has these system roles: Ticket Seller, Group Sales Coordinator, Event Manager, and Marketing Manager.
Go to Sales > Order Search.
Filter on Online Sales as the sales method and click Search.
Select an online order to a program that has tickets.
On the order, go to the Tickets tab.
Receive error: The current user does not have rights to use this data list.
