This occurs when the participant center address book contains a contact for the donor's email, but does not contain their name. To correct this issue, have the participant follow these steps:
- Log into their participant center
- Go to their Address Book
- Search for the donor's email address
- Edit the contact record associated with that email address, and update their name in the Address Book
- Once the changes are saved, log out, and log back in
The correct name will now appear instead of null null.
