eCommerce won't allow for multiple shipping addresses

I am have the box checked to allow for Multiple Shipping Addresses, but it still isn't showing up when making a purchase.
To enable the option for Multiple Shipping Addresses:
  1. Go to Fundraising and select eCommerce
  2. Select the "Stores" tab and edit the store
  3. Go to step 11. "Presentation Options"
  4. Mark the box in step 2 "Offer multiple shipping addresses?"
  5. Click save.
If after following these steps, the option still does not appear on the user side.  Contact Support and request that the following SDP be set to "TRUE":
PREMIUM_MULTIPLE_SHIPPING_ADDRESSES

Steps to Duplicate

To enable the option for Multiple Shipping Addresses:
  1. Go to Fundraising and select eCommerce
  2. Select the "Stores" tab and edit the store
  3. Go to step 11. "Presentation Options"
  4. Mark the box in step 2 "Offer multiple shipping addresses?"
  5. Click save.
