Error: This constituent has addresses in an address update batch and cannot be deleted - when deleting a constituent record

The user may receive the following error when they try to delete the constituent record:
This constituent has addresses in an address update batch and cannot be deleted.
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a new constituent
2. Create a ‘Constituent’ Ad-hoc query
3. Under ‘Include record where’ = Lookup ID is equal to (new constituent lookup id)
4. Under ‘Results fields to display’ include these fields: ‘Addresses\System record ID’  and ‘Addresses\Country’

5. Export the results in CSV file
6. Go do ‘Administration’ > ‘Import’ > Add a new import process
7. Select a ‘Constituent Address Update Batch’ template
8. Select a exported CSV file
9. Under ‘Map fields’ map the following: Constituent = ‘Addresses\System record ID’ and Country = ‘Addresses\Country’
10. Save the import process > Start the import process
11. Commit the batch
12. Try to delete the constituent record that you created
13. See the error message (I have attached the screenshots to this WI)

Workaround: First delete the address, then delete the constituent
