When trying to do the Split Name Conversion, the user is unable to get past step 3. The drop down menu to display the query categories does not load.

Steps to Duplicate
1. Log into your database 2. Complete Steps 1 and 2 in the conversion process 3. Click Assign Name Format to accounts under Step 3 4. In Step 1-Criteria, click the drop down menu next to categories. 5. Notice the query categories never load in the drop down
