When opening or deleting a FAST! parameter users may receive the following error: FE7Shell.exe has stopped working Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. Check online for a solution and close the program. Close the program. Debug the program.

Steps to Duplicate
1. Login to Student Billing 2. Go to FAST! and highlight parameter 3. Try to open or delete parameter 4. Get error and have to force close the system
