In The Education Edge: 
  1. Log in to The Education Edge
  2. Choose the Admissions module
  3. Click Configuration > Tables
  4. Select the Grade Level table
  5. Reorder the list of table entries. This can be done by selecting a table entry, and then choosing Up or Down from the menu at the top. 
  6. Click out of the Grade Level table to save your changes

In the NetCommunity site:
  1. Log in to the NetCommunity site
  2. Click Administration > Code Tables
  3. Click Refresh Codes Tables button
  4. Click Site Explorer > Forms
  5. Click the pencil icon to edit the Application form 
  6. Click the pencil icon for the Current Grade Level field in the selected elements to the right 
  7. The list should be in order now. If it is not, please repeat steps 2-6 until the list shows in order. You may also want to log out of NetCommunity and log back in.
