Wrong Email List being selected in NetCommunity Recipient Lists

Internet Explorer version 11 causes an issue when adding a new list to our NetCommunity email message
This issue is exclusive to Internet Explorer 11. Using other browsers like: Chrome, Firefox or Safari will allow you to continue working. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Edit email message where we have already selected a list to send to
  2. Click on binoculars in Recipient lists to add an additional list
  3. Notice the column Selected Lists is blank, so we cannot remove our list that is already in place
  4. Select a list and click OK
  5. Notice that the list in place is something other than what you selected
  6. Click green Save button and see that Recipient lists updates and the list that we chose in Step 4 is now there
