- The results will return your public IP address, it should resemble 12.34.567.890.
- Please make a note of this number, then continue.
- Next, repeat whatever steps originally gave you the error (previewing the form, publishing a requirement, etc)
- Note the exact time the error occurred
- Please contact us with the customer support number for GIFTS listed at https://www.blackbaud.com/contact-us/ which will always have the most up to date information, providing the error message, your IP from step 4 and the time from step 6.
