Error: "Corrupt_Payload" - when working in IGAM

This error message may appear when the process you're trying to complete communicates with the IGAM servers. 

CORRUPT_PAYLOAD/GAMCommunication.SendPayloads
 
In order to resolve this error message, you'll need to work with support to assist with troubleshooting, but there is some specific information that you can have handy and help speed the process along.
  1. Using any web browser, go to www.google.com
  2. Search for 'what is my IP'
  3. The results will return your public IP address, it should resemble 12.34.567.890.
  4. Please make a note of this number, then continue.
  5. Next, repeat whatever steps originally gave you the error (previewing the form, publishing a requirement, etc)
  6. Note the exact time the error occurred
  7. Contact support providing the error message, your IP from step 4 and the time from step 6.
