Inactive designations are labeled incorrectly when editing designations on an existing pledge

When editing a pledge designation, when multiple designations are present and one is inactive, an incorrect column name is shown on the Edit installment designations screen.

Steps to Duplicate

1.       Find or create a pledge with multiple designations (both active) and multiple installments.
2.       Open the pledge and select the installments/write off activity > select reschedule installments
3.       Click to edit the installment designation, noting the labels correctly display the designations.
4.       Save/close the pledge.
5.       Go to fundraising > designation search and locate one of the assigned designations.
6.       Edit one of the Designations to make it inactive.
7.       Go back to the Pledge, repeat step 2.
8.       Note the label for the inactive designation column is incorrect.
