During synchronization, duplicate addresses are added to both The Education Edge and The Raiser's Edge. The records were already linked and synced successfully during previous synchronizations. This may occur for one record or multiple records.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In The Education Edge, open an affected record. 2. On the History of Changes tab, view that Synchronization User added existing addresses. 3. For each address, check the date added. 4. In The Raiser's Edge, open the matching record. 5. Open each address and check the date added. 6. Verify extra address were all added by Synchronization User in both databases.
