The student enrollment record can be edited to change enrollment years that have been set up incorrectly or duplicated.
  1. Go to Core
  2. Users > Click Edit user data profile 
  3. Search for the preferred student > Click on the student's name
  4. Click Student Enrollment in the System Information sectionUser-added image
  5. Click Edit across from each school year that needs to be changed
  6. Click Delete to remove any duplicate or incorrect enrollment or select the Grade Level drop down to change the enrollment grade
  7. Then Save & Exit
