The student enrollment record can be edited to change enrollment years that have been set up incorrectly or duplicated.
  1. Navigate to Core > User/Access > Profile  
  2. Look up the student > select Student Enrollment in the System Information sectionUser-added image
  3. Select Edit across from each school year that needs to be changed
  4. Select Delete to remove any duplicate or incorrect enrollment or select the Grade Level drop down to change the enrollment grade
  5. Then Save & ExitUser-added image
