To view or change the time zone setting that Online Express uses:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge.
  2. Click on Online Express in the left menu.
  3. Click on Account in the upper right.
  4. Select Organization info from the menu.
  5. In the new window that pops up, the Time zone value is in the upper right. Click on the drop-down to choose the appropriate time zone.
  6. Click Save in the lower right to update the values.

Note:  Adjusting the time zone in Account>Organization info will not impact the transaction date/time of the transaction in BBMS or the Online Express plugin.  Transactions will process in the time zone of the server processing the transaction, which is in EST.
