- Log into The Raiser's Edge.
- Click on Online Express in the left menu.
- Click on Account in the upper right.
- Select Organization info from the menu.
- In the new window that pops up, the Time zone value is in the upper right. Click on the drop-down to choose the appropriate time zone.
- Click Save in the lower right to update the values.
Note: Adjusting the time zone in Account>Organization info will not impact the transaction date/time of the transaction in BBMS or the Online Express plugin. Transactions will process in the time zone of the server processing the transaction, which is in EST.
