I am unable to edit and publish pages in the HTML editor using Internet Explorer 11. Once I make an edit and hit publish, nothing happens. This occurs to existing files that are published too.

If you are unable to download an alternate browser, you can alternatively revert back to IE 10 to address this issue.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Edit a CMS page 2. Click Body Content 3. Type anything in the body content 4. Click Next 5. Nothing happens 6. Also try clicking Enable Visual Editor 7. Click Save 8. Changes do not save.
