Pricing option for event defaults to the server time zone rather than the time zone set in NetCommunity sites and settings

When setting pricing options to limit availability for an event registration, the time will default to the time zone of the server not the time zone set for the site in administration sites and settings.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity.

Steps to Duplicate

  1.  Set time zone in administration > sites and settings > site level to a time zone different than server
  2. Create an event registration form
  3. Set pricing options to limit date availability to a certain time based on site time zone
  4. View the event page and observe the price option will appear/disappear based on the server time zone
