Active Membership Report does not run

When attempting to run the Active Membership Report, you may notice the report takes over 15 minutes to load or does not load at all.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Memberships
  2. Click on the Active Membership Report
  3. Select the Breakdown data drop down to be Monthly
  4. Click View Report 
  5. Note that the report takes over 10 minutes to load
