To deactivate a Calendar Event:
  1. Navigate to Content > Events
  2. Select the Event List tab
  3. Enter the name of the event in the search field
  4. Press enter on the keyboard
  5. Next to the event name, click Edit under the Actions column
  6. On the left hand navigation pane, select Publish
  7. Under Event Status, select the radio button for Draft: Displays on the Admin Calendar only
  8. Click the Save button
