Error: Data could not be saved. Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.BUSINESSPROCESSCOMMPREFEXCLUSIONS' - occurs when removing a solicit code from a Marketing Effort contact rule exclusion list

When trying to remove a solicit code from marketing effort exclusions the user gets Error:  Data could not be saved.  Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.BUSINESSPROCESSCOMMPREFEXCLUSIONS' with unique index 'UIX_BUSINESSPROCESSCOMMPREFEXCLUSIONS_BUSINESSPROCESSPARAMETERSETID_SOLICITCODEID'. The duplicate key value is (GUID #) 
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Select Marketing efforts from the Marketing and communications functional area
2.  Click add
3.  Template = 369 - Marketing template
4.  Click next
5.  Appeal = 2015 ECC
6.  Site = 369 - French Hospital Medical Center Foundation
7.  Click save
8.  Select exclusions tab
9.  Click edit under conact rule exclusions
10.  Highlight 369 - Do Not E-Mail - 369-Frech Hospital Medical Center Foundation and click delete
11.  Click save
