Clicking x on the refund credit card prompt when deleting a payment still deletes the payment

When a user deleted a revenue record of credit card payment that was processed through BBPS, CRM asked "This payment was previously charged to a credit card.Would you like to issue a refund on the credit card before deleting this transaction?
If this was done in error there is no cancel button and the x in the top corener will still result in the payment being deleted.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a revenue record paying with credit card
2. Once processed delete the revenue record
3. see warning to offer a refund
4. click the X in the top right
5. payment is still deleted
