NetCommunity Tab is only showing emails from last three months

When viewing the NetCommunity tab, the Email section is not showing all emails
While viewing the NetCommunity tab on a constituents record in Raiser's Edge, there is a drop-down to set a date range filter.  If it is set to quarterly for example, it will show a lower amount depending on the frequency of emails sent.  Other options include:
  • This week
  • This month
  • This quarter
  • This year
  • All dates
