Error: Data could not be saved. Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CONSTITUENTID', table '47115A_5363bde1-9069-4911-9c54-8be416d37dc9.dbo.INTERACTIONPARTCIPANT'; - when running the Global Change process

When clicking on start process after creating a new constituent interaction global change you may encounter the error: Data could not be saved.  Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CONSTITUENTID', table '47115A_5363bde1-9069-4911-9c54-8be416d37dc9.dbo.INTERACTIONPARTCIPANT'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1.  Go to Administration > Global Change.
  2.  Click Add > Add constituent interaction.
  3.  Enter name Add constituent interaction.
  4.  Select selection 
  5.  Enter Summary
  6.  Enter Owner
  7.  Enter Expected date
  8.  Enter Status: Completed
  9.  Enter Contact method: Email
  10.  Enter Comment
  11.  Save global change process.
  12.  Start process.
  13.  Receive error: Error: Data could not be saved.  Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CONSTITUENTID', table '47115A_5363bde1-9069-4911-9c54-8be416d37dc9.dbo.INTERACTIONPARTCIPANT'; column does not allow nulls.  INSERT fails
