Constituent update batch Import produces different validation errors when importing the same file multiple times

When importing a constituent update batch exceptions for addresses and emails are given.  This error messages appear on different rows on the import after importing the same file multiple times. You may see exceptions such as: The email address you entered already exists for this constituent or The address you entered already exists for this constituent.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Import
2. Run the process
3. Click the link to open the resulting batch
4. Make note, Take a screen shot of the batch with exceptions
5. Return to the process and run it again
6. Open the resulting batch
7. Notice that the exceptions are now shown on different rows.
