When viewing interactions on a constituent’s record users may notice only interactions from the current month appear if the date filter is left blank. This only occurs when viewing interactions on Household records.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into CRM and navigate to the Constituent functional area.
Select the Constituent Search task.
Search for any household record and go to the record.
Verify the constituent has interactions with dates in the current month and prior months.
Select the Documentation and Interactions tab.
If there is a value in the Date filter field clear it, and click Apply.
Notice only interactions from the current month appear.
Users expect interactions from all dates to appear if the Date filter is left blank.
Workaround: Select ‘All’ from the Date drop-down menu and click Apply.
