When clicking the link on possible duplicate constituent exception error in batch, nothing happens

The first row in an exception batch is a possible match to an existing customer. If you try clicking on the link the compare screen doesn’t show up.
Download and install the latest version and patch if applicable.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Select import from the Administration functional area
2.  Click add
3.  Select Constituent update batch template and click okay
4.  Enter a name
5.  Select the local file 10072015.csv (in the above link)
6.  Select the map fields tab
7.  Constituent type = ConstituentType, Last/Org/Group/Household name =  LastName, First name = FirstName
8.  Select addresses and click map collection field
9.  Address type 1 = AddressType, Country 1 = Country, Address 1 = AddressBlock, City 1 = City, State 1 = State, ZIP 1 = Post code, Address Primary 1 = isPrimaryAddress
10.  Click OK
11.  Select phones and click map collection field
12.  Phone type 1 = PhoneType, Phone number 1 = PhoneNumber, Phone primary 1 = isPrimaryPhone
13.  Click OK
14.  Select email addresses and click map collection field
15.  Email adress type 1 = EmailType, Email address 1 = Email, Email address primary 1 = IsPrimaryEmail
16.  Click OK
17.  Select the set options tab
18.  Date formats = yyyy-M-d, fuzzy dates = yyyy-M-d
19.  Select the other tab
20.  Search list fields = quick find
21.  Click save
22.  Start process
23.  Select Batch entry from the Administration functional area
24.  Select the batch and click commit
25.  Open the exception batch
26.  Click to view the possible duplicate - nothing happens.
