Primary Flag on phone number unchecked when committing/validating ERB batches with BBIS transaction data

The Primary Flag on the primary phone number is unchecked when committing/validating ERB batches with BBIS transaction data.  This issue is client-specific in that it is only happening to one client.  This issue occurs when employing the workaround for another issue.  
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
